Our extensive background in title insurance industry has led to us successfully raising capital for various companies that are automating and digitizing the process of buying and selling residential real estate.
Our team has experience in executive positions at large (re)insurance companies, investing in Insurtech businesses, running an early stage Insurtech company, and representing such companies as investment bankers. The relationships that we have accumulated along the way enable us to garner interest for our clients from investors and acquirers of insurtech businesses.
Investors/acquirers of Tech companies with sticky SaaS business models focus on specific unique financial KPIs. Such companies generally trade at higher valuations based on those unique financial KPIs. We have successfully led capital raises involving SaaS businesses and have a strong network with VC and growth equity funds and strategic acquirers.
Our principals have worked on transactions involving a wide range of tech-enabled business services companies including those in: ERP, policy administration, payments, blockchain, litigation-tech, claims management, and others.
We are subject matter experts in the fintech industry
